Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
The appointment is not considered secured until the required deposit and booking confirmation have been completed.
Cancellations
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Because appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, the original deposit remains non-refundable.
To cancel an appointment, contact Lash & Brow Lab using the contact method included with your booking confirmation.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are scheduled with dedicated time for consultation, treatment, and aftercare. Late arrivals may not leave enough time to complete the selected service safely and properly.
When the remaining appointment time is insufficient, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. A new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after availability has been approved, the required deposit has been completed, and confirmation has been sent by Lash & Brow Lab.

Lash & Brow Lab is a private, appointment-only beauty studio. Please follow the arrival instructions included with your confirmation and plan to arrive on time.
