Rewards terms.
Term 01
The visit reward provides 25% off one eligible service on the client's sixth eligible visit.
Term 02
Five completed eligible appointments are required before the sixth-visit reward becomes available.
Term 03
Cancelled, rescheduled, missed, complimentary, or fully refunded appointments do not count as completed visits.
Term 04
One qualifying appointment counts as one loyalty visit, regardless of the number of services performed during that appointment.
Term 05
A referred guest must be a new Lash & Brow Lab client.
Term 06
The referred guest receives $10 off their first eligible service.
Term 07
The referring client receives a $10 credit only after the new client completes and pays for their first eligible appointment.
Term 08
Referral rewards are not issued for self-referrals, duplicate profiles, or members of the same client account.
Term 09
Loyalty and referral rewards apply to services only.
Term 10
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively.
Term 11
Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts during the same appointment.
Term 12
Only one reward may be redeemed per appointment.
Term 13
Rewards must be mentioned before checkout.
Term 14
A deposit may still be required to reserve an appointment.
Term 15
Lash & Brow Lab may update program terms with reasonable notice.
